APPOINTMENT:
It is intended for a tortsovka of preparations on the necessary size, allows to optimize cutting and to sort details by different standard sizes, to discard defects according to fluorescent markings of the operator.

It is applied before the line of merging at the enterprises and in shops on production of joiner's and pogonazhny products, furniture, glued products from wood, to wooden housing construction and at other woodworking enterprises.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK:
Previously the operator by means of a luminescent piece of chalk puts tags on preparation in that place where cutting of defects is required (knots, pitch pockets, etc. ). Giving of a cut board happens from right to left by means of the driving conveyor. Cutting is carried out on tags by means of the automatic tortsovochny machine with function of cutting of defects and with the positioning device. Tags are read out by means of the photo cell established on the machine.
