Sampler for soils and soil of the MOLE series (Mole)
Extremely strong sampler with the tempered forged drill heads. It is intended for sampling at determination of properties of soil, their humidity and structure.
The form of heads of the drill "Mole" (Mole) provides the minimum resistance at introduction and extraction of sampler. It promotes decrease in physical activity during the work with it.
The sampler "Mole" (Mole) consists of several parts:
• the handle with rod 75 cm long;
• lengthening tube 100 cm long (it is used if necessary);
• and one of seven drills tips.
Each drill tip is intended for work with soil of certain type:
• the drill tip for clay and the wet soil;
• the drill tip for sand;
• the drill tip for coarse sand;
• the drill tip for the mixed soils;
• the drill tip for coastal soils;
• the drill tip for gravel;
• the drill tip for stones.
Procedure of installation of sampler from details is very simple. Lengthening rods allow to increase sampling depth to 5 m.
