Injektor of a salting is intended for a shpritsevaniye of pork, beef, fowl and fish by hydrochloric solution at production of smoked products and ham products.

FEATURES:

• The case is manufactured of food corrosion - proof steel -
• The pump with the electric drive, a zabornik of a brine with the filter and two manual injektor with elastic rubber shovels is included in the package of delivery -
• Injektor is supplied with the regulator of pressure and the manometer that allows to control and regulate brine injection pressure. At the same time the throughput valve provides dumping of pressure in the forcing camera at the injecting termination. It considerably increases durability of the elastic forcing rotor -
• Existence of two injecting syringes and opportunity to change needles for them allows to make quickly and effectively a salting of kusky meat of various sizes. Operation of the pump is controlled by the circuit breaker
