Scope
Glue for system of the fastened thermal insulation of buildings with thin plaster on a heater according to the joint venture 1210198 is used for fastening of heat - insulating plates (expanded polystyrene, mineral plates), and also for gluing of the reinforced grid in system of warming of buildings under different types of plasters. For internal and external works.

Packing and storage
Paper bags on 25 kg. Not to allow moisture hit. To use the opened bags first of all. The warranty period of storage in an original packing in a dry form makes at least 9 months. To store at a temperature - 30C + 40C and relative humidity up to 80% .

Preparation of a basis
The heater keeps within on well leveled surface. Roughnesses, differences more than 10 mm have to be eliminated, cracks are embroidered and closed up. The big not leveled areas are recommended to be corrected the plaster mix AlinEX "UNIPLASTER M100" or other cement dandy - roll. The basis has to be strong, equal, carefully cleared of dust, dirt, lime, oils, fats, old friable plaster, the paint remains. The moisture absorbing surface needs to be processed a special primer of AlinEX "PRIMER" for the purpose of decrease in water absorption. Before a sticker of insulating plates it is necessary to be convinced of drying of an ogruntovanny surface.

Solution preparation
To pour out dry mix in clear water, constantly mixing manually or with use of the electric drill, before receiving homogeneous mass. A ratio when mixing: on 25 kg of dry mix of 5,5 - 6 l of water. Mix is suitable for application in 5 minutes. The prepared portion has to be used within 2 hours after preparation.

Method of application
For warming of a facade firm polystyrene plates or plates from mineral wool which are pasted always from below up are used. If the plain surface, glue is applied on a heater plate by means of the gear pallet from stainless steel with a size of teeths of 10х10х10 (mm). If there are roughnesses to 10 mm - a "tape and dot" method: on edges of a plate on all perimeter the glue tape about 5 cm wide is imposed, at the same time glue has to be removed from edges of a plate on 1 - 2 cm (in order to avoid its penetration on joints at a sticker), and in the middle 4 - 6 points of glue weight of the size of a palm are put. After putting glue the plate should be put to the basis and to press.

For providing a dense prileganiye of a plate to the basis, it needs to be put to a wall surface at distance 2 - 3 cm from design situation in the beginning, then to press by means of a wooden polutyor or easy percussion of the pallet with shift in design situation. Fastening by expansion bolt shields is carried out not earlier, than in 2 - 3 days after a sticker (in order to avoid the shift of the pasted insulating plates because of even unconsolidated glue). An average expense of expansion bolt shields - 4 - 6 pieces on 1 sq. m. For the device of the reinforced lower plaster coat the same structure is used. Start it after hardening of the gluing structure - in 2 - 3 days after drawing. To apply on a heater with the gear pallet a mix 3 - 5 mm thick layer, at once to put a leaf of a reinforcing grid on a surface and to drown it in solution by means of the pallet, without allowing folds, to level a plaster surface, to allow it to dry 7 - 10 days. For a finishing layer to use AlinEX "FINISH WP" filling or decorative Decorex plasters.
