Description
The KODAK company offers a wide range of various chemical reactants for processing of all types of meditsinksky x-ray films in avtomaticheksky pro-attendance cars.
Chemical reactants are presented in the form of the concentrated solutions that, on the one hand, allows to prepare easily homogeneous working solution, and, on the other hand, facilitates transportation due to considerable reduction of weight of packing.
The concentrated chemical reactants for machining of a film
Chemical reactants of the RP X-OMAT series are used in pro-attendance cars of roller type (for a proyavlekniya of sheet and rolled films).
1. RP X-OMAT EX Developer & Replenisher developer 2 x 20 of L - the concentrated solution adapted for use in all types of automatic pro-attendance cars.
Packing includes 2 big plastic containers with the concentrated solution A and on two with the concentrated solutions B and C for preparation of 40 liters (or 2 x 20 liters) working solution.
The weight of packing of the liquid concentrated solution makes 15,6 kg.
2. A fixative of RP X-OMAT LO Fixer & Replenisher 2 x 20 of L -
the concentrated solution adapted for use in all types of automatic proyavochkny cars.
Packing includes 2 big plastic containers with the concentrated solution A and two containers with the concentrated solution B for preparation of 40 liters (or 2 x 20 liters) working solution.
The weight of packing of the liquid concentrated solution makes 15,9 kg.
The fixative of RP X-OMAT LO Fixer & R does not contain the pine forest and EDTA which are considered as toxic veshchekstvo in the structure; possesses a slight smell that reduces a vozkdeystviye on personnel.
Technique of cultivation of the concentrated chemical reactants for automatic processing (20 l)
1. Cultivation of 20 liters of RP X-OMAT EX Developer & Replenisher Developer 2 x 20 of L
1. For preparation use distilled
or the filtered water.
2. In capacity 14,5 liters of water (5-25 °C) are poured.
3. Stirring slowly, add contents of capacity And.
4. Stirring slowly, slowly add contents of capacity of Century.
5. Stirring slowly, slowly add Page capacity contents.
6. Carefully mix within 2 minutes.
2. Cultivation of 20 liters of the Fixative of RP X-OMAT EX Fixer & Replenisher 2 x 20 of L
1. For preparation use the distilled or filtered water.
2. In capacity 14,5 liters of water (5-25 °C) are poured.
3. Stirring slowly, add contents of capacity And.
4. Stirring slowly, slowly add contents of capacity of Century.
5. Carefully mix within 2 minutes.
For preparation of 40 liters use a set
completely.
Terms of change of chemical reactants in pro-attendance cars
It is recommended to part such quantity of chemical reactants which will be completely used in a techekniya of 2-3 weeks.
Chemical reactants for cleaning of working tanks of developer, a fixative and water.
In the course of functioning of the pro-attendance car each 2-3 months it is recommended to wash out working tanks by means of the special clearing solutions.
1. Cleaner of tanks of developer of pro-attendance
cars (2 x 10 l) - the concentrated solution for washing of tanks of developer.
2. A cleaner of tanks of a fixative and water (1 x 9,5l) - a powdery cleaner of tanks of a fixative and water.
